• You supply your own lock and key to insure that no one has access to your unit except you.
• Do not store food, items that have an objectionable odor or cause spontaneous combustion, items that are inflammable, combustible, explosive, toxic, or dangerous are not to be stored in your unit.
• Do not store any personal property in the facility outside your unit.
• Do not allow any other person to use your unit.
• Your unit is to be used for residential storage purposes only.
• You should obtain proper insurance to cover loss or damage of personal property stored in your unit.
• Do not store jewels, heirlooms, art works, collectibles, or other irreplaceable items that have special or sentimental value.
