one has access to your unit except you.

odor or cause spontaneous combustion. Items that are inflammable, combustible,
explosive, toxic, or dangerous are not to be stored in your unit.

Do not store any personal property in the facility
outside your unit.

Do not allow any other person to use your unit.

Your unit is to be used for residential storage
purposes only.

You should obtain proper insurance to cover loss or
damage of personal property stored in your unit.

Do not store jewels, heirlooms, art works,
collectibles, or other irreplaceable items that have special or sentimental
value.
